The Business Development Manager will work closely with the CEO, Director of Communications and other Partnership team members as part of the business development team to lead pipeline development for location placement. You will lead the entire venue-based storefront sales cycle from lead generation to location scouting to partner on-boarding to contract closing. Strong sales skills required.

Customer Care Specialist

The Customer Care Specialist report directly to the Director of Communications and work closely with the CEO to help serve our customers in Brooklyn and beyond. You’ll interact with a wide array dog owning customers and location partners across various mediums. This position is outward-facing so attention to detail and intuitive social skills are of utmost importance. This particular position also offers significant schedule flexibility.

Customer Success Intern (Paid)

The Customer Success Intern will report directly to the Business Development Manager and work closely with Partnership team members to help grow our network. Our network is comprised of different businesses and storefronts throughout the United States that partner with us to install DogSpot houses outside of their business and/or property. This involves location qualification and outreach, so interpersonal skills are critical.
