Customer Care Specialist

The Customer Care Specialist will report directly to the Director of Communications and work closely with the CEO to help serve our customers in Brooklyn and beyond. You’ll interact with a wide array dog owning customers and location partners across various mediums. This position is outward-facing so attention to detail and intuitive social skills are of utmost importance. This particular position also offers significant schedule flexibility.

Customer Success Intern (Paid)

The Customer Success Intern will report directly to the Business Development Manager and work closely with Partnership team members to help grow our network. Our network is comprised of different businesses and storefronts throughout the United States that partner with us to install DogSpot houses outside of their business and/or property. This involves location qualification and outreach, so interpersonal skills are critical.

Digital Marketing Intern (Paid)

The Digital Marketing Intern will report directly to the Director of Communications and work closely with Production & Design team members to help grow our online presence and brand. This person will own our social media accounts, develop a strategy and schedule for posts, support email marketing, support community building, provide copywriting and on-brand messaging, and help manage events. Hours are flexible but onsite presence is required at least 2 days/week.
